• ALL lodging on the property is included with the wedding package, so your wedding party, family, and out-of-town guests may stay on-site throughout the weekend. The property is exclusive to the wedding party throughout the weekend, and included in the wedding package.

• Having access to the venue from Friday morning through Sunday afternoon allows plenty of time for decorating and take-down, to allow for a stress-free event.

• The Loft Lounge inside the main lodge, is the perfect bridal suite for getting ready, with chairs, mirrors, and space for hair and make-up. 

• Modern conveniences and beautifully appointed lodge and property allow you to have an outdoor wedding and/or reception with a touch of class, and no fear of the weather. Ruby's Lookout is our ceremony pavilion. It has an open-air covered ceremony site, with gorgeous, hand-hewn log trusses and an incredible view. The pavilion also has climate-controlled restrooms and foyer area, allowing the bride to "make an entrance!"

• Brand new reception building houses the event, so you don't worry about the weather, and the lodging buildings are solely for the wedding party and those staying on-site. Seating at the ceremony site, as well as all tables and chairs in Cottonwood Hall are included. With a large air-conditioned hall, there is no need to rent expensive tents!
