Our wedding packages

Willow Oak Lodge would love to be a part of your special day. We have a few different options of wedding packages. Our venue capacity is 250. If you would like to inquire about a possible wedding or would like to set up a tour, contact us at 256-815-3391.

Alabama Dreams Package

Use of lodge from 9:00 AM on Friday- 10:00 AM on Sunday.
This includes complete usage of the main lodge (including all bedrooms), as well as complete use of Tim's barn, Underwood cabin, Gobbler's Shack, Hargett Place, and Pheasant Ridge cabin.
Usage of "Coyote's Den" for the reception, located inside the main lodge.
White wedding chairs at the location of the ceremony, with set-up and take-down.

Up to 100 guests available months:

March, April, May, June, & December: $8,000
January, February, July, and August: $6,500

Up to 150 guests available months:

September, October, and November: $10,000
March, April, May, June, & December: $9,000
January, February, July, and August: $7,500

Up to 200 guests available months:

September, October, and November: $12,000
March, April, May, June, and December: $10,000
January, February, July, and August: $8,000

Up to 250 guests: call for pricing.

Elopement Package

Wedding pavilion and coyote den (basement of main lodge) space
Sunday-Thursday weddings only
Over night stay in the honeymoon suite for the bride and groom.
Rooms are available to rent at regular rates.

Up to 50 guests available months:

September, October, and November: $1,800
March, April, May, June, & December: $1,700
January, February, July, and August: $1,500

Up to 100 guests available months:

September, October, and November: $2,300
March, April, May, June, & December: $2,200
January, February, July, and August: $2,000

Up to 150 guests available months:

September, October, and November: $2,800
March, April, May, June, and December: $2,600
January, February, July, and August: $2,500
