Preserve Hunts

At Willow Oak, it is our focus to ensure every guest has the hunt of a lifetime. All hunting guests will have one-on-one guide service to help evaluate and manage the hunt. Price will be determined based on the score of the deer. A $2,000 non-refundable deposit per hunter is required upon reservation, with the balance due before departure. Your deposit goes toward your balance. For example, if you shoot a 161-170, the price is $8,000, but you only owe $6,000, because your $2,000 deposit is applied. If no animal is taken, you pay only the deposit. (In case of emergency cancellation, every effort will be made to move your deposit to a future trip.)

**Some deer may have special pricing based on demand. All hunts are fully guided and the guides will give you the estimated score of each deer you see in the stand. Guides will also direct you on young/non-shooter bucks.

**Hunts booked AND deposit paid before 2/9/2026, will fall under old pricing. 

 

**add one night lodging with meals (or lodging for a non-hunter in your party) for $150 per person per night. Kids 12 and under, $50 per person, per night. 

 

**Any shot that draws blood is considered a kill. Please site in weapons prior to arrival.

**Official season dates have not been released, so these dates are presumptive to previous years' seasons.
